Who Helped

The entire team at Industrial Brand was a huge help in not only the graphic identity and logo for this project, but also a lot of insight and strategic thinking that I would have otherwise glazed over in frothy excitement of a quicker launch. I now know what it’s like to be a client, and apologize for every night at every bar in every city I’ve complained about clients. I was wrong—you guys have a tough job. I should also note that Industrial Brand has the best looking staff on earth.

I’ve known the guys at Fuse for almost six years now, and didn’t consider anyone else when I went out begging for some web design help. For one reason, their Drupal work is the best in town. Another reason is that they have pizza and beer every Friday from 3:00pm onwards, and I conveniently schedule all our meetings in that mouth-watering timeframe.
Fuse is also good at catching seplling mistakes from hurried writers. Usually.

Cory was the first guy to step up to the plate, and respond to my call for trade services help via Twitter. He’s passionate as hell, and brings a whole set of complimentary ideas to his shoots. If the ideas for the campaign were mine, then the finished creative surely belongs to Cory. Thank you for wandering with me around Gastown with poorly assembled cardboard props. Thank god it was sunny.

Thank you to Katie, Beth and Jen for bringing my idea to the masses. The campaign would only have a tenth the reach if not for your media savvy. Spark is a young, creative group of driven PR pros, and I’m blessed to have their attentions on this project. If you are interested in seeing who Spark is representing these days, just check out Oprah’s couch—you’ll likely bump into them.

Eric Proulx is a prolific man. He got laid-off, and built a creative job-search network, world-famous blog and documentary film. Yeah … not too shabby. Eric noticed my project and encouraged me along the whole way. He even sent me a video camera to document the production, and is going to host the footage on the movie’s website. Watch it at lemonadethemovie.com. I’ve seen the trailer and am humbled to know the man. Thank you for being such an inspiration.
